SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The shipping costs are individual for each product. The exact shipping costs will be visible under each product in the webshop.
We currently ship to the countries listed below. If your country is not on the list, please email@example.com.
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Norge, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

We aim to send your order as fast as possible – normally within 1-7 working days for smaller products and 1-6 weeks for larger product such as sideboards, tables, and chairs. Your delivery will be sent as a package with DHL express, GLS or Post Denmark. If you wish to have your order delivered to your work, please fill in your company address under ‘Ship to a different address’. Please remember both your company name and your own name.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
We accept payments by Visa, Dankort and MasterCard. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched). If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Danish VAT at 25 %. Shipping costs are added to your order. Please view Shipping above for shipping charges. Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. ENKL ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information. ENKL does not keep its customers’ payment card details.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a re-sellable condition. ENKL cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. You must pay the direct costs for the return of the goods. You bear the risk of the item until the time of delivery at ENKL.
Certain goods cannot by their nature, be returned by normal mail. This applies to KG1 Sideboard, EK1 Barstool, and EK1 Chair.
In the case of a product broken during transportation, please send a photo proof to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.
Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our showroom in Aarhus without further agreement.

The Danish Sale of Goods Act
The Danish Sale of Goods Act provides a 24 months warranty. This means that you can get an item repaired, replaced, your money back or a discount, depending on the specific case. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must file a complaint within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you file a complaint within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get your receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
1. Notify us by email, within 14 days of receiving your order that you want to return an ENKL product. We will then send you a return form by email that you need to fill out and send to us.
2. Send your items and the original packaging back to us within 14 days from your notification. You pay the direct costs for the return of the goods.
3. You will receive your refund within 14 days after we receive the notification. However, the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse or we have received documentation proving the items have been shipped.
4. If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received it a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items.
ENKL respect your privacy and will never sell, rent, lease or give away your information (name, address, email, etc.) to any third party. All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with consumer and data protection legislation.
If you place an order with us, we request certain personal information. You must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, and the three-digit security code). We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Your telephone number is required for shipping purposes if GLS, DHL or POSTNORD needs to contact you regarding the delivery.
VIOLATION OF RULES
ENKL reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.
